ROBINSON UNVEILS ALL NEW R88 HELICOPTER AT VERTICON DALLAS-
Dallas, Texas- March 2025:
The wait is finally over! Robinson Helicopter Company has unveiled its first new aircraft in nearly 15 years at Verticon in Dallas. The all new Robinson R88, a next generation helicopter set to reshape the light utility rotorcraft market.
The R88 is a powerful, single engine turbine helicopter capable of seating up to 10 passengers. Powered by the 1,000 shp Safran Ariel 22 Engine, the R88 delivers more than 650km of range and boasts an 816kg payload capacity (at full fuel).
Designed with versatility in mind, the R88 can be rapidly configured for a variety of missions, including aerial fire fighting, HEMS (air ambulance), utility operations, and passenger transport. Its spacious cabin, equipped with modern Garmin G500H TXi avionics, offers operators the flexibility to carry passengers, cargo, or specialised mission equipment with ease.
With a competitive starting price of USD $3.3 million, the R88 continues Robinson's legacy of producing aircraft that are cost effective, reliable, and simple to operate.
